Abstract

Recently, Mibet completed the construction of a 25MW photovoltaic power station for the “solar-to-hydrogen” project at the Oshivela plant in Namibia. The station is located in the vast desert of Namibia.

With its innovative technology, Mibet’s photovoltaic mounting system solution facilitated the successful completion of the power station. This achievement will help Oshivela become Africa’s first net-zero emission industrialized steel plant, ushering in a new chapter of green industrial revolution for Namibia.
